Protokols collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and mobile application(s) and deliver the services(such as a software demo) you have requested.

Protokols does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

Who We Share Your Data With

Certain services made available via protokols.io are delivered by third party sites and organizations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the Protokols.io domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that Protokols may share such information and data with any third party with whom Protokols has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of Protokols.io users and customers; this includes, without limitation, third party contractors or vendors that provide services for Protokols  such as statistical analysis, to send you email or postal mail for communications and marketing, to process certain payments and returns, for advertising and promotional purposes, or to provide customer support.  In connection with certain transactions and processing of monthly billing and use of Protokol’s software and services, Protokols shares your information and data with third party vendors.  

Protokols also may share your personal data with its own affiliates and parent companies, as well as our external advisers and auditors for the purposes of operating its business, as well as for the prevention or defense of claims, and to protect Protokol’s legal and commercial rights. How Long We Retain Your Data

We also store the personal information users have provided to us through dedicated contact forms when creating an account with our website, requesting a demo, or subscribing to our newsletter. Users may request the removal of their personal data at any time by contacting Protokols at support@protokols.io.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.  As set forth above, you can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes, or information that we are entitled to retain under applicable law, if we believe it is or may be beneficial to retain in order to protect our rights, property or assets or the rights, property and assets of our customers.
